The internet portal infoball.de (Duesseldorf) started a colaboration with the historical research institute Facts & Files (Berlin) and its research team. This cooperation enables the infoball.de user to retrieve information even from archival holdings which have not been digitized yet.

On the online pages of infoball.de an “archive detective” was intigrated. Via a special contact sheet the user may address his or her historically linked question directly to the Facts & Files team. Within six days Facts & Files will make an offer regarding research steps and costs.
